1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the VORTEX platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • One person may hold only one active account

3. Registration & Joining Fee

The joining fee for VORTEX is $5 (₹500). Special promotional pricing may apply during spot joining offers. All joining fees are non-refundable. By paying the joining fee, you acknowledge that you understand the MLM income structure and associated risks.

4. Income & Earnings

VORTEX offers 6 types of income streams. Earnings are dependent on your activity, referrals, and the growth of your network. VORTEX does not guarantee any specific income amount. Past performance of other members does not guarantee future results.

5. Withdrawal Policy

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: $10
  • Admin charges: 5%
  • Withdrawal charges: 5%
  • Withdrawals are processed via USDT (TRC20) only
  • P2P transactions are available 24x7

6. VTX Coin

VTX Coin is the native cryptocurrency of the VORTEX ecosystem. Token prices are subject to market conditions and may fluctuate. The target price of $1,000 is a projection, not a guarantee. Always invest responsibly and only what you can afford.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Creating multiple accounts or fake identities
  • Misrepresenting income potential to recruit members
  • Attempting to hack, exploit, or manipulate the platform
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities

8. Termination

VORTEX reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms. In case of termination due to violation, any pending earnings may be forfeited.

9. Limitation of Liability

VORTEX shall not be held liable for any losses arising from market fluctuations, technical issues, or actions of third-party platforms. Users participate at their own risk and should only invest what they can afford to lose.
